The HOPEprogram

We provide funds to help teachers purchase homes near the schools where they work and where their children are attending other schools.  We "honor" our teachers.

These services are needed, as housing prices go up, it gets harder for teachers to live near their schools, and avoid long, stressful, and expensive commutes. With the average teacher salary in San Francisco, about $60,000 a year, they cannot afford the down payment because the average home price is around $2 million.
