Founder/President
He is a "VISIONARY". He sees ideas that will help people. (He has seen many ideas all his life).
Then he attracts professionals who will be part of the team, to bring the visions to life. (None of them are YES people). He has a B.A in political science and a real estate certificate from UC Berkeley, attended Hastings Law School, and was an area governor of Toast Masters. He finds creative solutions and inspires people to do things that they didn't think that they could do. He had a successful mortgage company and was a financial advisor and is the founder of Pacific Rim Group.
Heydar Pourian
Heydar Pourian, Ph.D., is an International Economist and Professor of Finance who has served on the management boards of manufacturing, investment and metal trading companies. Dr. Pourian, holds degrees from University of Wisconsin and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He has been a coordinator for the Internal Revenue service’s VITA program in North Carolina.

Kim King
As president of KING SECURITIES, Kim increased sales over 25% every year. She was on the State of California’s Bureau of Security and Investigative Services for Senate Bill 1713 Task Force; the San Francisco Living Wage Task Force; served as the President and Chair of the San Francisco Small Business Network; She was also a Bay Area Economic Summit, Panel Member; and winner of the 2004 Trailblazer Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Vicki Luisi
Vicki serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at BigTent Design, Inc. She has a proven track record in executive management, high-level marketing, and communications. She is well-versed in broadcast and online media and has managed sales teams of up to 90 people and $90M in revenue. Ms. Luisi has a B.S. in Computer Science with a focus in Business Administration from Walla Walla University. She is someone who thrives on empowering others—inspiring people to do what they do best and by building cohesive teams.
Jim Daley
James Daley was the co- founder of PCi Corp (now a division of Wolters Kluwer, NV http:/WKL-AS)and Principal and co-founder of Private Capital Investments arranging private-equity placements and advisory services to undercapitalized banking institutions. he was a corporate finance analyst at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Goldman, Sachs, & Co., dealing in derivatives and debt restructuring. He received a BS in Engineering and Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania. He also received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
